Even though we have never received a complaint for our retro clipart to date, we do stand behind our product.

Retroclipart provides support for customer inquiries prior to as well as during the purchase to insure that the customer is fully informed and satisfied with their selection before they complete their transaction. Due to the nature of 'Digital' commerce and downloadable products we understandably have a no refund policy, since our images, once downloaded, cannot really be “returned”

However, if you are unsatisfied with the image or images you have purchased, we will make sure to either improve the quality of the image/images to your satisfaction or you can choose an alternate image/images.

Retroclipart warrants the image files to be free from defect. Defective files will be replaced free of charge, providing we are notified within 48 hrs.
