After spending selecting the perfect images I finally just purchased 3 clip arts from your site.  I went to download them and used up most of those without even realizing it.  Then I try to print them out after I realized what had happened and all three images were too big to fit on normal 8.5x 11 paper.  I am beyond angry and demand restitution!!!!!  What I have is unusuable.
 
My name is Jillian Weiner.  The Visa card is under the name of Julie Weiner.  They were purchased late Saturday night, 7/14.  There are still some downloads left on my account as you will see.  I stopped because they were sooo awful.  My email addy isbwayinnz@aol.com and I am sooo disappointed.

Hello,
Your site is refreshing and simple. I have just a couple of questions. You say that the images are B&W so color can be customized. Do you offer the images in color as well? What is the best way to add color to the images? Secondly, what would be a ballpark figure of required royalties for using your images on baby t-shirts? ( This would be a homemade project for sale online, not a mass production kind of thing.)  Would the actual t-shirts have to list your company, would it be okay if the credit were given on an attached tag?
