Subject: 6 coffee gals
Thank You for your alert as to my inadvertantly purchasing Coffee Gal 6 times. I did receive the clip. As I mentioned, my computer crashed/went into "error" right in the middle of trying to purchase. I guess this is the cause of the multiple purchases, who knows? I notice that I did receive 6 e-mail confirmations from you. My colleague who received the art from me commented right away as to how clean and quality the clip was. Looking forward to working with your excellent site in the future. I will watch for my Am Ex credit. Regards, June Mulligan |

Subject: Question for Graphic Artist
Hello,
This is "Audrey"... I spoke to you today regarding combining two separate logos to make a "new" one just for me.
I have another question... If I chose to go ahead a have you make "two into one" would I still have to add your copyright to my Company's business tag or would my concept be considered my own. Please forward this to whom it may concern. Thank you for your time today. I am thrilled to have learned of your site.
Best,
Audrey |

Hi Tony,
Thank you for the additional image. In this case and the image that best fit our needs would be the alternative. We were looking for images with less "black" and the alternative image had less black on it. We have already used the 1st image but if I had the two side-by-side to pick from, I wouldn't selected the Alt. image.
Thanks, Paulette |

Tony,
You're a peach. The art looks fine. FYI, CorelDraw 11 can read AI 7 & lower, rather than 8 & lower.
Thanks!

Subject: Format problem
Tony,
I'm hoping you can help me with a format problem. I downloaded an EPS this morning from your site, only to find that I cannot open it with CorelDraw 11. I assume you're exporting from Illustrator CS, as I've had this problem before. If you could export it for me either as a Corel 11 or lower (PC), or as an Illustrator 7 or lower (PC), I can read the file.
Your site looks very good and I look forward to using it as a resource in the future, if you can solve my format problem. Please let me know ASAP, as I have a customer waiting.
Thanks,
Chris Pugh
