Hi Tony,
Thank you so much for your email regarding my payment on downloaded files yesterday. I am so impressed with your letter, as some companies don't respond so conscientiously, or at all! Yes, I had trouble, for some reason, using the same credit card 2 times in a row. So I entered 2 different credit cards and then paypal to get what I needed! Everytime I tried to use the same credit card a second time, it told me I was entering too many credit card numbers... and that was the reason it wasn't going thru. But I was entering the same amount of numbers.
Also, I guess I did hit "confirm" by accident two times, therefore billing me twice for some items. Thank you so much for crediting my account for those I hit "confirm" twice.
I look forward to using your website again... I found it yesterday doing a google search and was very excited to find it. Thanks again...

Yes, thank you. I noticed the 2 downloads as well, however it never downloaded the first time for some reason.
Maybe it's because as I tried to download the first time, I had to set up my account. It's like the process was interrupted
or something. Anyway I do only have one copy.
Please issue the refund to my card and thanks very much for your service!

Very nice to speak to you and Maureen - all the way over in Vancouver!
Thank you for forwarding the pictures so promptly - these have now been
passed on to the editor. As you said, they are of excellent quality. We have
also received confirmation of payment.
I will wait to hear from Maureen with the formal invoice and agreement pdf
Is there anything we should know before we proceed to press - anything legal
which might affect us (she asked nervously!)
Thank you once again for being able to accommodate us and our budget
restraints and I do hope we will be able to purchase more images in the
future. I will forward two copies of the book for you on publication, which
is set to be end of February.
