I am am embroidery digitizer.
 
I have just opened my site at:

I purchase ClipArt and then digitize them. I then offer the digitized sets for sale.  I never sell or give away any of the clipart and I always give credit to the creator of the clipart.
 
I even have banners from the clipart creators on my "Artwork Sources" page.
 
I do not see any mention of using clipart for digitizing, so I wanted to make sure I could then sell the digitized designs as long as I give you credit for the artwork.
 
Please let me know if you allow this.

I resently started a business selling premade scrapbook pages.  I love your graphics, and would be interested in using them on some of my pages as accents.  I was looking at your usage policies, and noticed that for resale you require a royalty payments.  Can you please expand on this information.  What percentage do you charge, or what is your one time buyout amount? How many times can I use this image, and what are your limitations?  I would like to get all this information from you so that perhaps in the future I can utilize your graphics.

Hi...I've searched your website and can't find "exactly" what I'm looking for. I have in mind a slightly cartoonish (but not too much so) businessman in a suit, smiling w/ his hand extended to shake hands..the hand likely would be a bit larger and "coming toward you".
