We've had a chance to field some very interesting, and
often very unexpected inquiries from users during the last two years since this shopping cart has been in operation. We'll try our best
to address some of these questions here:
|
| Q. |
I keep purchasing
EPS files when what I really want is JPEGs. Where do I click
to download a jpeg version of the image? |
| A. |
When you click on any image
in the catalog, the very first page you come to contains a drop menu
where you can choose between EPS or Jpeg. If you do not have a high-end graphics program such as Adobe Illustrator or CorelDraw, you will not be able to open EPS files. If that is the case, then you should choose the Jpeg option. |
 |
| Q. |
I went through all the proper
steps in the shopping cart and confirmed my order and I still have
not received the images via email. When will I receive my images? |
| A. |
Your images appear as text
links at the bottom of the last page of the checkout procedure, once
you've confirmed your order. Simply click on these links to download
the images directly to your desktop. |
 |
| Q. |
I purchased an image and downloaded
it to my computer, however when I tried to open it, all I got was
a whole string of numbers like some kind of code. Why am I unable
to open the image? |
| A. |
This is because
a) You ordered the EPS file, and
b)
you are using
an older program which is unable to interpret the Illustrator 8.0
EPS files which we sell. If this happens, simply let us know
and we will send you the same images as Jpegs, or as Illustrator 3.0 files, which
are universal and can be read by older programs. |
 |
| Q. |
I would like to use the images
for wall size enlargements. Are your images high enough resolution
for this purpose? |
| A. |
EPS files are resolution
independent, meaning there is no limit to the resolution. They can
be blown up to 40 feet high and will still remain perfectly clear. |
 |
| Q. |
After I have added an image to my cart, I find it difficult to navigate back to the catalog page where I was. Is there an easier way to get back to that exact page? |
| A. |
Once you have added an image to your cart, simply press the browser "back" button twice, and you will wind up exactly where you left off. |
